Artichokes "mammole"

Hi, this morning i went in the local market and I bought some beautiful roman artichokes : "mammole" ... gmam gnam!!!
I'll try to make some little with pasta di mais...!!!

Buongiorno questa mattina sono stata al mercato e ho comprato delle meravigliose mammole romane.. gnam gnam!!!
 Stasera proveà a farne di piccole con la pasta di mais!!!
